ANTIOXIDANT SMOOTHIE

  SERVES: 1      TIME: 3 MINUTES    DIETARY: GF, DF, V


INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup of mixed frozen berries
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 tsp. Loving Earth Rainbow Powder (optional)- very rich source of antioxidants!
  • 1 tbsp. psyllium husk
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy! Top with some shredded coconut & cacao nibs for a bit of crunch too if you like 😉
