Mango Magic Smoothie

Smoothies are a quick and simple way to get in a whoooooole heap of nutrients for breaky or even an afternoon pick-me-up. Keeping your smoothie predominately vegetables ensures the fructose (sugar) content stays lower and it gets you a step closer to acheiving those 5-6 cups of vegetables your body requires every day. Add protein powder to this smoothie after a workout or if you wanting to stay fuller for longer, or leave it out for a lighter option. This smoothie contains approximately 2-3 serves of your recommended vegetable intake for the day (how amazing is that!!) and best of all you can barely taste them in there with the mango being the real star of the show!
