As a nutritionist Alex aims to empower you with the knowledge and skills you need to improve your health through a whole food nutritional approach. Alex believe in balance in all aspects of your life including the food that you put into your body and the lifestyle you live. Alex works with her clients to implement sustainable changes to ensure long-term health and wellbeing (no short-term fixes here!)

While creating an individualised meal plan may form a part of a clients treatment plan, there is so much more to what nutritionist do than just writing meal plans. After studying a 3-year nutritional medicine degree (BHSc) that involved biochemistry, anatomy, biology, pharmacology, pathology and nutritional food science (just to name a few), Alex is equipped to provide you with a wealth of knowledge to support all areas of of your health including your digestion, hormones, immunity and nervous system.
