WHERE ARE CLASSES LOCATED?
Pilates classes are held at Middle Island Medical Clinic (43 Fairy Street). Access the studio via the side door under the green Middle Island Medical Clinic sign and head up the stairs. If you need lift access, please contact Alex prior to your class to arrange this.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to your first class to fill out a student registration form. Alternatively, you can download the release form here and bring it with you to your first class.
Classes go for 1 hour are suitable for people of all fitness levels and strengths including newbies to Pilates or those that have experience, as exercises can be modified to suit you! Class includes 45 minutes of pilates exercises and 10-15 minutes of stretching and a meditation to finish the class.
The Balance of Being offers a range of prices to suit everyone! Eftpos & cash available at the Studio. Book online for pilates here.
Casual drop in- $18 adult/ $15 student
Monthly pass (1 class per week*)- $59 adults/ $50 students
Monthly pass (2 classes per week**)- $115 adults/ $105 students
Monthly pass (unlimited)- $145 adults/ $135 students
10-class pass- $165 adults ($16.50 p/c)/ $140 students ($14 p/c)
*One class credit applied each week for the month (4 weeks) from the first class you use your pass.
**Two class credits applied each week for the month (4 weeks) from the first class you use your pass.
The class credits are not carried onto the following week if you should happen to not use one of your class credits that week.
INTERESTED IN PRIVATE OR CORPORATE CLASSES?
Alex also offers private, small group private (Eg. Sporting clubs) and corporate classes with times and days flexible to suit you. These sessions can be facilitated in the comfort of your own home/ workplace/ clubrooms or at the studio.
